Astaş – Yapı & Yapı Adi Ortaklığı and all of its subsidiaries (hereinafter “Developer”) exclusively represent (a) the Istanbul Hotel (hereinafter “Hotel”) Istanbul Residences (hereinafter “Residences”) and (b) the rental programs offered to buyers in connection therewith. Neither the Mandarin Oriental Hotels Group nor any of its subsidiaries – including their officers, directors, agents, or employees (collectively: “MOHG”) – have any ownership, agency, promotion, or insurance roles in relation to the Residences. Furthermore, MOHG bears no responsibility or liability towards the Developer or the construction of the Residences. MOHG makes no representations or warranties concerning the sale of any real estate within the Residences. MOHG also lacks the authority to adjust pricing or manage any financial transactions related to the associated investments. Likewise, MOHG assumes no responsibility or liability for the accuracy or completeness of any financial statements, projections, or other financial information included in any sales and marketing materials, pamphlets, and/or similar oral/written statements concerning the Residences. The Developer exclusively holds the rights and responsibilities concerning how the Residences are sold and represented. The Developer’s entitlement to use the name “Mandarin Oriental” and associated brands (collectively: “MOHG Brands”) in connection with the Residence and the Hotel is subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in the relevant agreements. The right to use MOHG Brands in association with the Residences is also governed by these terms and conditions and shall not be transferred upon any buyer’s purchase of any Residence. Using MOHG Brands concerning the Residences and the Hotel is contingent upon the continued validity of the relevant agreements. Therefore, all prospective buyers should seek independent legal, financial, and professional advice before entering into any agreement related to the Residences.
